  11. I.   Elibility for Upgrades
  12.  
  13.      To purchase an upgrade, we require a serial number for the
  14.      product(s) currently owned.  The eligibility requirements
  15.      for the specific products are as follows:

  20.                               previous version of QEMM-386.

  24.                               previous version of DESQview 386,
  25.                               or serial numbers for previous
  26.                               versions of DESQview and QEMM-386.
  27.      -QEMM-50/60 6.0 Upgrade  Requires a serial number for a
  28.                               previous version of QEMM-50/60.
  29.      -QRAM 2.0 Upgrade        Requires a serial number for a

  61.   -  Each upgrade includes upgrade documentation and diskette.
  62.   -  Purchasers of Quarterdeck $10 compatibility update disks
  63.      after June 1, 1991 receive a $10 discount off the price of
  64.      the upgrade.  Proof of purchase (invoice #) required.
  65.   -  Purchasers of new Quarterdeck products or upgrades (not
  66.      compatibility updates) after August 2, 1991 are eligible for
  67.      a free upgrade.  Proof of purchase is required.
  68.   -  Upgrade Offer expires December 31, 1991.

  185.      load programs high.  This is valuable for network users who
  186.      load TSRs from public batch files on the network.

  188.      of device drivers and TSRs that the program has relocated to
  189.      high-memory--allowing users to perform "What-if?" analyses
  190.      with their memory configuration.
